If you did not already know, Castle Wars has multiple ways of raiding people including normal TNT raiding and invading. (/k invade)

You can protect your base from TNT raids by using obsidian or bedrock as your main base material, and then cover it with water. We also recommend creating regen walls, but this post is not mainly about protecting your base from TNT. There are many tutorials out there for normal factions base, but this is mostly meant for protecting your base from /k invade.

NOTE: Before reading this, it is highly recommended to have entirely read /k info!

When someone is invading your base, it is very important to keep them inside your land. If they are able to escape your land people will be easily able to defeat your champion, as they can easily trap it. To prevent this, you need to know how powercells work. Powercells are a "building" you can purchase from your nexus. When you place a powercell, it protects all neighboring chunks from being invaded. This is very important in keeping people inside your land whilst they are invading you. For more information on powercells do /k info 7.

Once you have a powercell placed, you must create a wall. (recommended to protect this wall just as good as your overall base) This wall should keep players from just walking out of your base and luring your champion into a trap.

    Here is an example:

Turrets aren't needed, but are recommended to protect your base from pesky intruders! The nexus also doesn't have to be in that exact location, it is just an example. If you have water to protect your base, it is highly recommended to buy the aqua champion upgrade.

Happy base protecting and invading! If you have any questions, just ask in the comments.

BTW, the champion not being able to be attacked in water is being removed very shortly.
